I can’t upgrade to the latest release. The mlem app has a yellow dot but it will not update. Mlem also vanished from my testflight app.

The original developer left the project and handed it off to somebody else. I reckon you’re still on the old beta which doesn’t get updated anymore and got pulled off of Testflight.
It always has the yellow dot as it is in beta. Did you re activate the test ? The beta key expired some days ago and there is a new one
