On the occasion of the opening of the 19th Congress of the CPRF, the Communist Party of China warmly congratulates on its convening and sincerely welcomes all participants of the Congress and all party comrades, and also expresses its best wishes!
Eighty years ago, the peoples of China and Russia, having made an invaluable contribution to the victory over fascism, cemented their unbreakable friendship with the blood spilled in a common struggle. At present, under the strategic leadership of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Chinese-Russian relations of comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction in the new era are constantly being filled with new vitality, representing a model of relations between major countries of a new type.
The comradely friendship between the CPC and the CPRF has only grown stronger over the years. The two parties have maintained institutionalized friendly exchanges and cooperation for a long time, which has played an important role in deepening the political and strategic trust between China and Russia and developing China-Russia relations in the new era. We are willing to continue to work with the CPRF to consistently implement the important agreements reached by the leaders of our countries, steadily elevate inter-party relations to new heights, so as to make new contributions to deepening the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination in the new era and adding new luster to it.
