      Definitely fake, likely a generated image.

      Compared to a real F-35 the geometry doesn’t match up. If the wings and horizontal stabilizers broke off we would at the least see holes where they were supposed to be. The grass in the immediate vicinity would probably not be untouched like we see in the image. Lastly, AI struggles to differentiate between vehicle debris, building rubble, ashes, and clutter, so wreckage in those kinds of images tends to look like a mix of all of the above.

      Im sure that Iran has the capability to down a vehicle of such a type, but I’m waiting for third-party confirmation before poppin bottles.
