Western counties have given quite remarkable amount of aide, armor, weapons, and intelligence to Ukraine, not just in this last year, but for many years. It has not been anything to balk at.

At the same time, the amount the MIC is making from this is a tiny, tiny fraction of the annual military expenditures of western counties in non-combat military readiness.

The MIC is getting paid regardless. Might as well let Ukraine use some of it to resist an actual invasion. Weapons should be used for defense. And that’s what they’re being used for, for once.

So, ya this is meh.
