Please to forgive that everything will be in burger units
I think my crock pot is a gallon and a half, maybe two? The beans and lentils are two cups of dry each, and I dice up 1/3 or 1/2 cabbage depending on cabbage size. At least four small potatoes, diced. I typically dice up at least two medium or large onions - can’t go wrong with more. Mushrooms is either a whole can or whole small package of fresh, diced up. Usually there is still room in the pot for enough water to support smooth convection overnight without a real need to stir. one cup of rice is usually enough to achieve the porridgey consistency I like.
Spice amounts are to taste. I don’t get too fancy with it, as, for variety, I often stir different spices and condiments in anyway when I serve myself a bowl.
This sounds good as hell. Do you have the measurements or do you just eyeball it?

Awesome, thanks! Gonna be making this sometime soon. Also as a Burgerlad resident, burger units are fine!
