You could organise all cultural struggles into an anti-supremacy movement. All struggles against supremacy have a common problem.

Trans people? Terfs are just cis supremacists.
Race? Obviously white supremacy.
Sexuality? Hetero supremacy.
Class? Bourgeoise supremacy.
