    His specialty was chips, and he made a good thing out of not making any. The government paid him well for every bushel of chips he did not make. The more chips he did not make, the more money the government gave him, and he spent every penny he didn’t earn on new fabs to increase the amount of chips he did not produce. Major Major’s father worked without rest at not making chips.

    After seeing they’re not going to do a recall for the chip corrosion issue that is undeniably a manufacturing defect, WHICH THEY ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE EXISTS, I would encourage people to not use Intel for anything in the foreseeable future.

      Easy to just give discounts to PC manufacturers who’ll later sell these chips to consumers for greater profits. Most consumers are not well educated regarding technical stuff and companies don’t care about anything other than profits.

    Intel is slowly dying. PC market isn’t growing, they completely missed mobile and AI, and AMD is crushing their once-invincible monopoly on the datacenter.
