The other parts are somewhat on point, from my perfunctory reading, he speaks to the uselessness of committees and senates. He forgets to mention that everyone hates doing their job. So even if the Senate as an organizational and executive body didn’t suck, everyone is too annoyed at having been assigned this service job to give a shit.
