i have tried so many times but i just can’t tolerate them at all
It’s like having a big light up sign over the TV telling you when to laugh
That’s exactly why I hate its inclusion. It feels aggressively condescending, even vaguely authoritative in the way an obnoxious relative that tells an edgy bigoted or misogynistic joke expects you to laugh or else you’re the problem. “What was just said was funny! LAUGH!” :capitalist-laugh:
