But you see, Germany did the Holocaust which was very evil and as a result they have to atone for their sins and that’s why they are right to arrest Jews for opposing a genocide.
They also banned Yannis Varoufakis from Germany as part of this.
There’s conflicting claims about this, it’s possible the cops outright lied to him about this to prevent him from attending. Or that there actually was a ban against him and then whoever had the idea got cold feet and revoked it without telling anybody. atm everybody involved refuses to acknowledge anything about a travel ban and plays a game of blame shifting and ass covering, which is what German officials love to do the most.
