Maybe it’s because I grew up in a colder area but I was taught that you should always dress for the weather even if you’re driving the whole way because if you get stuck/break down/get stranded you want to make sure you aren’t going to freeze like this jackass
People who dress for the blasted heat, and just go without in the freezing temperatures in-between car and exterior door, are not okay in the head.
