While this was originally made by Boeing they are NOT the maintainers. Lockheed Martin and Dynacorp maintain certain LRUs on the Apache including power units. The power units in my day were done by Dyncorp which is now defunct.
The military got rid of my job in favor of privatization. Lockheed and all other defense companies have turned to shit over the last 20 years solely because of profit seeking and this improper maintenance is the result.
