Unless all involved use a VPN, yes. I had that thought but you’re right I should have mentioned it.
I swapped my VPN over and refreshed the page when I hit the limit.

you can also use yt-dlp to download m3u8 files (you have to use the devtools network tab in your browser, or an extension, to get the m3u8 URL though.
