The US side shows how each of the various heads got their position (all by presidential appointment), but the DPRK side doesn’t. Also it doesn’t say who the guy pictured for “(by Supreme People’s Assembly Presidential Appointment)” is and how he got his position.
And for “fairness”, it should probably mention that those presidential appointments require approval from the Senate (except the DNC Chair).
Yeah, I’d love to know what positions are elected and which are appointments.
Pretending that Kim Jung-Un isn’t the head of state is just silly. There’s no “premier” but Kim is “President of the State Affairs” which is effectively head of state.
I also wonder who is really calling foreign policy shots in the DPRK, although you could ask the same question of the U.S. Highlights the issue with simply naming who’s in a post that nominally has that role.
Kim is probably heavily involved in that since he has no lobbyists afaik.

I don’t think the US secretary of the interior and the Korean minister of agriculture are the closest matches for eachother you could find. I am pretty sure Yankeeland has a secretary of agriculture and Korea has a minister of the interior.
Perhaps Ministry of Land and Environment Protection would be the closest to the US’s Department of Interior

For the current version as of this new comment. For example who appoints Choe Sun-Hui? I assume that either the party or the SPA appoints her but without clarifying it liberals will just assume that Kim Jong Un appoints her like Biden. You really have to spell things out here.
Also make the appointed by Biden more prominent so it takes up more of the screen. That way it has the same effect as the old version that used to get passed around.

Legislative heads are the speaker of the house and the senate majority leader. Kamala’s power is just to cast tie breaker votes in the senate.
While I agree that Biden effectively has highest legislative powers, it is not because of the veto power (which is subject to override by congress anyway). It is because he has de facto control over the administrative agencies, which is where most of our legislation really happens, and because he has the power to write executive orders.
