Immortan Joe’s visionary economic policies are curbing the excessive water demand driving up inflation.

Kinda wild how when the vast majority of people, the workers, get a modicum of gains, the system shits itself, but if it funnels unlimited wealth into a couple hundred already rich people, things are working great.

There was a brief dip that indicated a return to the seasonal cycle of housing costs dropping in the winter because fewer people are moving that the usual suspects were heralding as the end of inflation, but that dip obviously did not hold.

One more thing libs will claim to fix if only you just come out and vote again. Please ignore that Biden did nothing about it the last 4 years we promise he probably will do something about it the next 4.

Yes, it’s very cool that the Democrats dropped the interest rates to nothing for a year allowing AirBnB deplete the available housing stock and drive prices up to the highest point in history. It was also cool that they then jacked up rates to the highest point in my lifetime to ensure that first time homebuyers will never be able to afford anything, and existing homeowners can never afford to sell and lose their once in a lifetime mortgage rates. It’s almost like the Democrats specifically engineered a situation where Millennials and Gen Z will never be able to afford homes unless there’s another historic economic crash or mass population die off. Who needs public housing when the market allocates resources so well?

With the influence of the Federal Reserve, mortgage rates were at it’s lowest in the last 50 years in 2021.

Mortgage rates drops when there is a Democratic president and rises again when there is a Republican president.

Thank you for giving me this opportunity to post these facts.
