Isn’t america’s power grid really vulnerable to substation failures? IIRC several surgical strikes is all that’s needed to plunge the empire into darkness. No power, no news slop

afaik the power stations are pretty well open to hacking… a few button pushes might be all it takes to bring America to its knees for weeks if not months or longer

Which is why China and Russia ultimately won’t do it. Compare ukraine to the levant, no contest.
Anyway the best option would obviously be no world war to begin with, but I have no faith in the west to not start something stupid.
