I reduced my 150mg / day dosing by just 10mg and I already feel depressed, very irritable and self harming out of nowhere for the last 3 days. Am I doing this too fast?

I don’t think going slower than 10mg increments will work much better. schedules I’m seeing online suggest larger drops (like 10-25% of total dose), but not super frequently, at most weekly, at least monthly

I hope other users have better advice! Good luck!

Exponential decay, so gentle you won’t even notice. I did that for this very drug a few years ago, think I used 20 days for the half life, so that means reducing the dosage by (1-.5^(1/20))*100, or about 3% per day, if you have any discomfort try 30 or even 45, you’ll still be down to almost nothing in a few months. If you can get it into a solvent it’s super easy because you can just dilute it after every dose but your formulation probably has insoluble binders so in that case you will want to use a scale and make some gelcaps, couple hours of work
