In South Korea, the solar panels in the middle of the highway have a bicycle path underneath, cyclists are protected from the sun, isolated from traffic.

how would cyclists cross a highway to reach the middle and go back? either they’ll slow down highway traffic (dangerous) or there’ll be too few crossings for this to be useful. putting pedestrians or cyclists in the middle of a road is generally a bad idea
With complex installations of this type, surely they have not solved it with a simple zebra crossing. Anyway it is a good idea that shows the possibilities of harnessing the sites for sustainable power generation.
