People who say this wish for Palestinian fighters to walk out into the desert, throw down a flag and expect what? If they expect the IOF in that situation to meet them head on with ground forces even in that overwhelmingly advantageous situation they’re wrong, they’d air-strike them and mow them down with auto-cannon machine-gun fire, artillery, etc and only after that move in.
Fundamentally you have to point out the legitimacy of the Palestinians to their claim on the land, the illegitimacy of the zionist occupation. The fact that the Palestinians have been under oppression for over half a century now, have lost more and more of their land and that they have a moral right to resist. That the occupation has no moral right to be there. That they are engaging in urban fighting because it gives them a chance, the zionist occupiers put them in harms way by creating the conflict in the first place, by being settlers. Secondly by not negotiating or establishing a Palestinian state as agreed upon, using peace processes to just distract people while they carry out the genocide.
