… does this person live in the same universe as I do? I had a comment deleted from .world for calling out someone for being racist, but the racist comment is still up.
When people call US party politics “polarized”, they are obfuscation things because there is a way in which it is very false and one in which it is very true. The parties are not radicalized in opposite directions [i.e. having contrary radical views], the Dems are just Diet Republicans. They are, however, highly dogmatic [i.e. intolerant of contradiction].
.world is not radical compared to any Republican space, but it is certainly dogmatic in its “moderate” views being enforced.
