Probably when my boss gives me a command in the form of a question. “Oh are you going to do X, right now?” Just say what you mean you dumb bastard. If you want me to do X, accordingly tell me to do X. Stop trying to present things as if I had an option one way or the other.

When bosses touch you. Not in a sexual way, but sometimes, my main manager/ boss will just pat me on the back or whatever and it irks me so much. My old boss would do this alot. I don’t know if it was a cultural thing or what. He would like pat me on the stomach and just ughhh.

When a boss refers to me as his/ her “family”. My old boss would do this so much, and to top it off, once i quit, he just completely ghosted me. I told him I wanted to quit to start a business (which was somewhat a lie, but not totally. I didn’t bother apologizing either, which I’m quite proud of) and just no response. No good luck, no thanks for the help, and he didn’t even give me the money he owed me. I’d harass him for it, but it’s like 100 - 120 bucks, and it was under the table.
