If your browser is up to date, nothing. The Israelis aren’t gonna burn a non-interactive browser 0day for this.
I’d be more worried about the website being set-up to register the various referers used to access it / pinpointing from where it’s being linked.
According to the who is, it’s a Wix template site. It was updated 2 days ago, but has been registered since 1999.
According to the archive, it wasn’t live until October 11th. Then it was broken for a while until blowing up this month.
