      Yes, sorry I should have clarified

      such subs cannot be accessed via Reddit’s official mobile app.

      The non-official ones should work fine for accessing quarantined subreddits.

      RIF has an option to opt-in into a quarantined subreddit. The app is simply well made compared to others.
