They all use pretty much the same system (except maybe DPRK). What makes the USA want to trade with the latter countries but not when it comes to Cuba or DRPK? Thanks in advance

    I just want to clarify that politically and economically, while their foundations are ML, they have all evolved quite differently. Vietnam and PRC, for example, are quite different.
