They all use pretty much the same system (except maybe DPRK). What makes the USA want to trade with the latter countries but not when it comes to Cuba or DRPK? Thanks in advance

    China is sanctioned now, actually. The reason why it is less is because the US got close to China to counter the USSR. But the USSR is no more and now China is the threat. I don’t know enough about Laos, but Vietnam has made minor concessions to Western capital like China did before, and the US now tries to get close to Vietnam to counter China.
