They all use pretty much the same system (except maybe DPRK). What makes the USA want to trade with the latter countries but not when it comes to Cuba or DRPK? Thanks in advance

edit: meant embargo instead of sanctions

      It is not about trade. It is about investments, which is a form of taking control of a country.

      Given the opportunity, I’m fairly certain they would. But they’re sanctioned to all hell by the US, and don’t want to abandon their Soviet style economies
