I think I would pick Japanese. There’s just so much variety I find and I already eat mostly Asian food as it is.

      There’s a thing that said that things like enchilladas (the ones open at both ends) and pigs in blankets are actually sushi. The Cube Rule, things are defined by how many sides have carbohydrates. Pizza is a type of toast, Victoria sponge cake is a type of sandwich, a hot dog is a type of taco, etc.

            Biscuits are the ones that are twice baked. That’s literally what the word means, a biscuit is first baked, then dried. Long shelf cookies are in fact a type of biscuit (as well as being a cookie). Soft fresh cookies are not biscuits.

            Incidentally the American dinner ones are not biscuits. They’re only cooked once. They’re more like a savoury scone.
