Short answer, yes. Long answer would be mostly due to the environment minister not being the one nicknamed “Mr. Chainsaw”, and instead is one of the most respected and accomplished environmentalist in the world.
I was going to ask if the appointments are based on the elected government/party for further elaboration, but thought that would be lazy so did a bit of research.
