It is news to me because I figured it was a scare tactic and not a rule anyone would enforce if the two parties are of the same age and no coercion was involved. The fact they were more concerned about the kid sending nudes (who was groomed) and not about the actual predator shocks me
I don’t have the link but I remember a story where some teen who took after workout pics, kept them to himself, and was still convicted (or possibly pled) on some sex charge. Absolutely disgusting. The way these laws are written and enforced is about power, not protecting children.
In the United States, every school must have at least 1 pedophile teacher. They are permitted to give back rubs and openly flirt with students before class. They assign the attractive students seats in the front of the class. They get bonus pay for coaching girl’s track.
Edit: Just remembered one of my teachers got busted for inviting a girl into the school at night and trying to get her to meet up with him at a hotel. And it wasn’t one of the two teachers I based the above comment on. So we had at least 3.
Edit 2: We actually had another teacher get fired for literally fucking a student. That was in 7th grade. She didn’t even make it through teaching a whole year before she went full pedo.
In my middle school there was a creepy old guy teaching science who would routinely “drop” his pen and ask one of the 12-to-13-year old girls in front to lean over and pick it up for him
All the comments on videos of female teachers molesting male students is met with envy and praise. They made a whole South Park episode on it lol. In real life guys were like this too when I was in middle and high school.
I remember on this old sitcom called the George Lopez Show, the son gets molested by his female teacher and he thinks it’s all epic and cool, and George Lopez is just like “no son, you just got molested by a predator.”
