    Weed is still illegal everywhere in the US. A few states though have said they would stop enforcing it and so far the federal government had turned a blind eye to it.

    Which is why in “legal” states, weed dispensaries often have major trouble with finding banks and card processors that are willing to work with them.

    I think in “legal” states though some people who were in with state charges got released? Maybe?

      A “few”??

      Twenty-Four states have legalized recreational. 24/50…PLUS the nations capitol.

      Another 15 have medical.

      And out of remaining, some of them have decriminalized it to a small offence.

      There are only FOUR states left where weed is 100% illegal.
