A gun rights group sued New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) and other state officials on Saturday over an emergency order banning firearms from being carried in public in Albuquerque.

The National Association for Gun Rights, alongside Albuquerque resident Foster Haines, filed suit just one day after Grisham announced the public health order temporarily suspending concealed and open carry laws in the city.

The group argued that the order violates their Second Amendment rights, pointing to the Supreme Court’s decision last year in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen.

    Quite a few https://concealedcarrykillers.org/mass-shootings-committed-by-concealed-carry-killers/

Can you explain how this is an example of being an aggressor in a crime?

Circumstances: On November 14, 2018, two-year-old Ke’Anthony Jelks, Jr. found his father’s gun and unintentionally shot himself in the face. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Ke’Anthony’s father had a concealed carry permit. According to Ke’Anthony’s great-grandmother, “The father had just gotten off work. And probably just set the gun somewhere, and like I said, children look around and play with stuff. And that just probably happened to fall in his eyesight. And he got it.”

It is the first incident listed here:

Have you actually looked at any of the data on the site, or do you just link it because the site is run by gun control advocates?

Youre showing me a story of a dead two year old as a result of negligent gun ownership. Yes im on the side of the gun control advocates on this one.

Are you still counting this incident as an example of an individual licensed to carry a firearm being the aggressor in a crime?

What sort of legislation would you like to see adopted to prevent incidents like this from happening?
