    The U.S. too is a very good tax haven for Non-US citizens. U.S. having its stranglehold over global economy requires other countries to report U.S. Citizen accounts in other countries (FATCA). But U.S. doesn’t comply when other countries ask for their citizens accounts in the U.S.

    This makes states like Wyoming and New Mexico great tax havens for non-Americans. There are no state taxes and since LLCs are passthrough entities you won’t have to pay federal taxes.

    In fact I’m certain Americans too use a similar method where in they setup a legal entity in a tax haven which doesn’t share ownership information and use that legal entity to setup an LLC in the U.S.
