If you have darker hair, IPL sort of works. My upper lip perma-shadow went away after about 3 weeks, but now it’s starting to come back in again after about a 6-week lapse since I last did my face. There’s definitely less hair than there used to be, but it’s not totally gone yet. That was a nice month of not having it there, though.
