Also… Most of his insane food experiments are ever things he recommends. There’s a very rare moment where he stumbled upon something that works well, and then he’ll reccomend it. Also his side dishes are absolute fire. Remember: he’s a chef, he doesn’t actually serve this food to customers. He’s just making content for fun/shits and giggles, or at the request of viewers.

Hard disagree.
