If half the people who removed about society actually voted in local and primary elections we’d have a much different country.

Yeah… I have so little patience for those types. I’ve been voting since the moment I was able. I do not get why so many believe abstaining is a good move when there are so many problems caused by Boomers and those who came before us.

I vote myself, but I can kinda understand people who don’t. We already have practically no power at the polls; America is literally an oligarchy. The rail strike was a perfect example, they really are completely for sale. A minute spent on direct action is more productive than a minute spent voting.

Anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job.

Edit: it’s a quote from the hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy.

Being president is hard because anything you do can have huge repercussions. Say the wrong sentence and you can fuck up the relationship with a whole country. Wish the job was given to 40 something people instead of people with the cognitive power of a toddler.

I would be infinitely better and I would take the job.

I just don’t have the correct nationality or corporate backing (I would jail all the corporation people instantly)

I mean, we know Biden wasn’t the worst option. He at least better then the actual worst option. Not saying much to be real though.

That’s actually sad. Not just the sports competition between the bad and the worse you call elections, but also the part where you’re so invested in team rivalry that you don’t see the whole problem.

The correct metaphor would be a one-piece puzzle with one side being a shit emoji, and the other one being a shit emoji, but they’re of different size and color.
