Congrats! Getting some momentum is usually the hardest part. I’ve been pretty regularly going to the gym since last October and I can safely say I have a decent groove now. Yeah. Sat down and made a list of excersises and going to adjust as needed, but think I can do it. Set an alarm as well to remind me to get off my butt.
