Sorry (🍁) we did this without making a post, but after receiving several
complaints we defederated from hexbear.net [http://hexbear.net] yesterday.
Here’s a few quick examples of poor conduct by hexbear users: - Spamming
bullshit links to the pig poop picture:

Please try to keep the dirtbag lib-dunking to hexbear itself. Do not follow the
Chapo Rules of Posting, instead try to engage utilizing informed rhetoric with
sources to dismantle western propaganda. Posting the western atrocity propaganda
and pig poop balls is hilarious but will pretty quickly get you banned and if
enough of us do it defederated. Realize that you are a representative of the
hexbear instance when you post on other instances.
Looks like we upset a few too many residents over at lemmy.ca. I didn’t see a post about this on here, so I thought I’d go ahead and make one.
2 of 4 reasons why are basically just PPB lol, and a third is for calling for executions of landlords
In the United States, for over a hundred years, the ruling interests tirelessly propagated anticommunism among the populace, until it became more like a religious orthodoxy than a political analysis. During the Cold War, the anticommunist ideological framework could transform any data about existing communist societies into hostile evidence. If the Soviets refused to negotiate a point, they were intransigent and belligerent; if they appeared willing to make concessions, this was but a skillful ploy to put us off our guard. By opposing arms limitations, they would have demonstrated their aggressive intent; but when in fact they supported most armament treaties, it was because they were mendacious and manipulative. If the churches in the USSR were empty, this demonstrated that religion was suppressed; but if the churches were full, this meant the people were rejecting the regime’s atheistic ideology. If the workers went on strike (as happened on infrequent occasions), this was evidence of their alienation from the collectivist system; if they didn’t go on strike, this was because they were intimidated and lacked freedom. A scarcity of consumer goods demonstrated the failure of the economic system; an improvement in consumer supplies meant only that the leaders were attempting to placate a restive population and so maintain a firmer hold over them. If communists in the United States played an important role struggling for the rights of workers, the poor, African-Americans, women, and others, this was only their guileful way of gathering support among disfranchised groups and gaining power for themselves. How one gained power by fighting for the rights of powerless groups was never explained. What we are dealing with is a nonfalsifiable orthodoxy, so assiduously marketed by the ruling interests that it affected people across the entire political spectrum.

“Whew, those dastardly communists almost had me there with that instructive and enlightening argument. Thankfully my hegemonic capitalist programmingFACTS AND LOGIC kicked in and I rejected their arguments immediately without further thought.”
How do they not realize what an incredible self-own that shit is lmao
“I have come to a predetermined conclusion and will not change my mind no matter the evidence because China is inherently bad (totally not racist btw)”

Translation; “I don’t know how to counter these arguments, so I’ll just assume its propaganda and move on”
Sounds like some sort of unfalsifiable orthodoxy to me…
a liberal’s thought process consists of inventing a conclusion and selectively interpreting evidence
They rarely seem to do that much.

Good bot. I am glad to see that our robotic comrades are joining us in the struggle.
CNN told me China bad, don’t need any more information then that
Arguments I agree with = well-thought-out
Arguments I disagree with = Chinese propaganda

Kill more Japanese prime ministers
Holeeeeeeeee shit.
Your honor, the evidence that I’m guilty sounds well founded only if you disregard the fact that I’m not guilty.
You might as well stick your fingers in your ears and start drooling
the ball flew so far over their head that it left near earth orbit.
Under liberalism, there are no good or bad actions, only good and bad teams
Our emojis may be huge due to the lemmy bug (I’ve been trying to refrain posting some outside of the instance due to that), but ugly ?!

50% of posts are well-written arguments? Not a bad ratio, frankly. Good posts, guys.
Like all leftists we’re pathetically vulnerable to engaging in lively debate about economics.
This really needs to be a site tagline.
