you probably know this, but for clarity’s sake, OpenVPN is just the “backbone”; you’d still need to pay for the actual proxy (or use one of ProtonVPN’s free servers, but I wouldn’t trust any other free VPN)
with that said, you should definitely stick to open-source software w.r.t. your VPN setup, either by using OpenVPN/WireGuard directly or by using an open-source proxy, and I wouldn’t trust Atlas VPN or any other company that has money to spend on these ads, especially not if they’re much cheaper than other VPNs like IVPN or Mullvad (they have to get the money to pay for the ads somewhere)

the title is a bit misleading since you separated “liberals” and “right wing”, but all liberals are right-wing even if they’re socially progressive domestically
One conspiracy theory in the video is about replacement theory: WhY arE TherE So ManY iMmigraNts !? While the actual reason is that there such an economic exploitation of the global south that some are willing to take imesurable risks to emmigrate from the exploited periphery to the imperial core or “the west” in hope of a better life… Liberals however cannot give such an explaination whithout contradicting multiple of their own principles like the myth of meritocracy or individual responsability.
Usually I find the only time I have trouble debunking one of y’all’s idiot conspiracy theories is when I have trouble catching my breath from laughing at you so hard.
