But when Arteta is thinking on the sidelines, it’s always been Albert - I don’t think I’ve ever seen him and Round conferring in the technical area. My theory that it was always the plan to have Round move on is based on that. In addition, I heard rumors (maybe from Arseblog?) that Round was primarily brought in to address the locker room culture, and management may feel that that issue has been addressed now.
I thought I heard that Airpod Albert is now the assistant manager and it was always the plan to phase out Round.
