        Agreed. Start the morning with a nice warm mug of coffee with a generous helping of milk. Later on, make a nice pot of chai, lavender earl grey, ginger, or peppermint.

      I have actually never had coffee in my life (except for taking a sip to taste it when I was like 15). I am drinking only tea almost exclusively, though. Sometimes interspaced with normal water, but that is about it, to be honest. Not that I have a problem with any other beverage, just no need to drink them. I am content with my cup of tea.

      I prefer the taste of tea while I like the boost coffee gives me, so in fact I like them both equally.

    I wouldn’t compare a drink that dehydrates you to one that doesn’t in the first place
