I know some US citizens believe that the US has a nuclear missile intercept program so they won’t be affected, but no such system exists and is effective. Operational? Sure. But not actually operating in the Black Sea region they are supposedly blockading.
Russia has long pulled many of their ships back to more secure locations to keep them from being targeted. It’s basically typical Russian posturing. They can pretend to block grain ships in the Black Sea all they want but to actually do it they would need to have control there.
The only thing they could actually do is shooting missiles mostly blindly at everything that moves…
