Miyoo Mini Plus here, where I’m currently playing through GBA Advance Wars, which I’ve somehow never played before. It’s absolutely perfect for a half-hour pickup.

So, what are you playing? Let me see those handhelds!

Can’t comment on the main differences (other than the obvious lack of sticks on mine), but I would say I definitely recommend a device like them.

I was surprised by how good quality it was, and for about 60 quid as well. I’ve played through games I never played before, it’s ideal just to throw in a bag and pull out when you have some time.

Not bad for what you’re getting! Do they sell them in shops or are they all online?

Only seen them online. They’re legally very questionable, using case designs and symbols from Nintendo and Sony, and often shipping with SD cards stuffed full of ROMs, so exist in a very grey area where I don’t think you’d get many shops selling them.

Prices vary wildly also, so worth shopping around, but also using a site you can trust for refunds.

My first unit had a faulty microSD slot. My second one had a slight bright patch on the display, which is now barely noticeable after I tightened all the screws around the screen a bit more.
