On it’s face it gives Ukraine NATO membership while saving face for Russia because they didn’t officially join…in exchange for legitimizing and getting the land bridge to Crimea…I’d imagine there’s cash in it for Trump somewhere in the fine-print…and next years’ Nobel peace prize.

Makes you wonder what the point of all of it was. I suppose imperial dick-waving so neither can expand as much as they want to.
