I personally have them open because maybe I have a google search for a movie or anime I want to remember, but I’ve now switched that habit to noting down the name of the movie in my phone’s note; it’s helped me cut down on the tabs.

I also have tabs for manga currently open, but I’m going to start a new notes page in my phone for manga.

I also HAD pages open for Stellaris videos, but they’re like two hours old so the content is already outdated and the game plays entirely differently now so I closed them.

I also have pages open for directors whose comedic movies or shows I’m curious to look up.

I also have pages open that talk about some rogue-like games so I can see if there’s any among them I want (the pages are maybe a year old now and I still haven’t gotten around to it).

There’s also one tab that mentions several game dev journal videos available for people to watch.

I keep trying to find ways to cut down on my tabs but I still have so many open. What’s on your tabs?

on my second monitor i keep a waterfox window with a tab for lo-fi hip-hop and a tab for a loop of rain ambience, i listen to both at once while i read
during gdq i’ll have a twitch tab open with the stream on

on my main monitor i pop a waterfox window when i need one, then close it when i’m done
for example i currently have 2 grad tabs open and a tumblr tab, all three will die within the hour

Yoooooo, you mean the game developers thing? I don’t know much about it but I’ve seen GDQ videos of famous developers telling really cool stories about the games they developed. I love those videos!

all three will die within the hour

I try to make sure I don’t keep opening new tabs all the time, and I’m trying to finish up whatever I open up so I can close it rather than add it to my gigantic list (or gigantic relatively speaking; some folks here have some really large amount of tabs up)
