Sure, some aspects of the game have been changed from the original. But overall, it’s still an amazing game and mostly faithful to the original. It’s been exposed to loads of new people who didn’t have a PS3 to play the game on, it’s probably one of the best-looking games from a visual standpoint on PS5 etc.

The only gripe I have with the game is that it’s, once again, stuck on a platform that probably won’t be releasing its clutches from it anytime soon. Maybe a PC port is in the works, but I doubt it.

Apart from that, it’s still awesome though, right?

    Anywhere where the original was small and tangible, the Bluepoint version is grand and fantastical. It’s too big a departure. I also hated their take on Shadow of the Colossus being presented as interchangeable with the original.

    They make these games look very pretty, but in context, some scenes aren’t their best version when they are pretty in that way.
