Yes. Beat Saber is very polished and has a big library of songs (and an even bigger library of mods). Probably not fair to lump it in with tech demos.
VRChat is… well essentially its a bunch of voice chat servers. Yes, vr brings a sense of “presence” and scale that you wouldn’t get from, say, something like Second Life. But once the novelty of that wears out, eh. Unless you feel comfortable with and are interested in striking up conversations with randos, then there’s not actually much to it.
