Am I the only one who is reluctant to believe that the indigenous and Arab population here is overwhelmingly conservative? Given how poorly monitored vote collection is, the dense polling stations where families of color live, the way that the electoral college unbalances everything, the practice of gerrymandering and so forth, I would rather first test to see if something went wrong in the process than jump to the conclusion that indigenous and Arab adults are all conservatives now. For all I know the majority of them might have abstained for one reason or another. (Actually, given how both parties support the annihilation of Palestinians, that sounds very probable.)

You can all say that I am desperately coping to avoid a harsh truth, but I don’t understand why more people aren’t doing it too.
