I would imagine dems would want to avoid Afghanistan style debacle before the election, so they will do all they can to keep it on life support for the next couple of month. After that, it’s almost certainly gonna be cut loose because Israel is way more important to the US strategically.
Everybody now understands that Ukraine is going to lose, and it’s really a matter of what the terms of surrender will be. Meanwhile, if Israel gets in over its head then the US will lose its foothold in the whole region. Getting kicked out of West Asia would be a huge blow to the empire since it’s already losing its foothold in Africa. At that point, the only serious presence US will have will be in Europe.
It’s kind of wild to think that the war in Ukraine might not even be the main news soon.
