They call her ‘‘La Sayona’’ in Venezuela, which is a folk legend about some creepy lady showing up to scare people. Some compare her to the Joker, which in Spanish is called ‘‘Guasón’’, so they call her ‘‘Guasona’’, because of her grin. Personally, she reminds me of Michael Myers.
