Very telling that the US had a program to test this as a weapon specifically. According to the article they didn’t resolve the issue of it always being extremely lethal.
That last part sounds like utter bs. That’s the point of missiles and bombs.
fent as less-than-lethal suppressing weapon allegedly got used in the moscow hostage crisis, also with a bunch of unintended deaths but it proved the concept.
just because people are in the business of death doesn’t mean they don’t still want magic knock-out gas so they can capture people or do maximum-suppression of crowds without a bodycount. a fent missile that just kills people would be more complicated/expensive than a conventional one, so what’d be the point?

i guess, especially since it kills cops quicker and easier than the general population they really have to take that into consideration
